We’ll spend three hours diving into the "why" behind the dough - from fermentation strategy and flour selection to the physical mechanics of stretching and oven mastery. This isn't just a demo; it’s a hands-on collaboration in the heart of our North End kitchen.

The Cost : $300 + HST - minimum 3 hour session.
